Social video app: camera and editor, live streaming, real-time chat, in-app purchases. Rewritten from a native iOS app into one Flutter app on both stores, with a Node.js API and a React admin. All media moved to Cloudflare R2 when the old vendor locked the account, with nothing lost.

    A statement of work (SOW): scope, milestones, price. Any change goes through a written change order, priced before the work.

    50% deposit to start, 25% at the staging demo, 25% at go-live.

    Run and improve

    Optional: hosting, monitoring, security updates and change hours every month.

Why not off-the-shelf software?

Often that is the right call, and the Blueprint will tell you so. Custom pays off when per-user licences keep growing, when your tools don’t talk to each other, or when the way you work is what sets you apart.

Who owns the code?

You do, on final payment. You get the source code, documentation and access. You are never locked in with us.

What if our needs change along the way?

They usually do. Every change is described and priced in a written change order, and you approve it before we start. No surprises on the invoice.

Do you work outside Quebec?

Yes, across Canada and the US, remotely. In Quebec we can also meet in person.

How do you protect our data?

Access limited to the people working on your project, encrypted backups, a confidentiality-incident process and a named privacy officer, in line with Quebec’s Law 25. You get a one-page security sheet before you sign.
