These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TechlyStack website, platform, and services (the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or add-on, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are

2. The Services
TechlyStack provides website creation and hosting, AI chat and AI voice assistants, search-engine optimization (SEO) tools, lead capture and follow-up, domain registration and connection, social posting, referrals, and related tools for businesses. Features available to you depend on the plan and add-ons you purchase.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services.
4. Plans, add-ons, billing & AI credits
- Subscriptions. Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance on a recurring (e.g. monthly) basis until cancelled. Some plans also include a one-time setup fee charged on your first invoice.
- Add-ons. Optional add-ons (such as extra website blocks, hosting, SEO management, or AI assistants) are billed alongside or in addition to your plan.
- AI credits. Plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits for AI-powered features. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated. Additional credits may be purchased.
- Domains. Domain registrations are billed annually at the registrar cost plus our fee and renew yearly. A free-plan custom domain requires our hosting add-on.
- Taxes. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated; you are responsible for applicable taxes.
- Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
Cancellation and refund terms are described in our refund/cancellation policy and in your billing dashboard. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Your content & responsibilities
You retain ownership of the content, business information, logos, and materials you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a licence to host, process, and display Your Content as needed to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring Your Content is lawful and that you have the rights to use it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to: break the law; infringe others' rights; send spam or unlawful messages; upload malware; attempt to gain unauthorised access; scrape or overload the platform; or generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or abusive. AI features must not be used to produce prohibited or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
7. AI features
Some features use third-party AI models to generate text, images, voice, and suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee any specific result (including SEO rankings, lead volume, or sales).
8. Third-party services
The Services integrate third parties such as Stripe (payments), domain registrars, AI providers, telephony providers, and social-posting tools. Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Intellectual property
The TechlyStack platform, software, and branding are owned by us and protected by law. Except for Your Content and what your plan expressly grants, you receive no ownership of our intellectual property.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechlyStack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; some data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
